UNIVERSAL’S HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS 24!

Let’s go over a few things with Halloween Horror Nights Sales. First of all, the tickets are listed in the POS in Category 19, “Misc. Special Events”. The Sunday – Thursday tickets are listed as “HHN Any One Night Sun – Thurs ($20 Off)” and they are listed in Instant Ticket Wizard as ”HHN Non-Res Sun-Thurs”. Although it says they are for Non-Florida residents, if a Florida Resident does not want the hassle of having to get a Coke can and buying the tickets online, you CAN sell them to Florida Residents. The Friday – Saturday tickets are listed in ITW as “HHN Same Day Non-FL Res”. Again, if a Florida Resident wants to avoid the hassle and buy them from you, they are more than welcome. THERE ARE NO FLORIDA RESIDENT DISCOUNTS AT THE GATE. They are only available by getting a Coke can and entering the UPC code on the HHN Website and buying them in advance. Don’t forget the 2 or 3 Day PTP Combos with HHN are valid for ONLY ONE admission to HHN Sunday – Friday. SATURDAY NIGHT ADMISSIONS TO HHN ARE NOT INCLUDED ON THE COMBOS. If the guest wants to go to Universal during ONE day and stay in the park for HHN on the SAME night, DO NOT sell them the HHN ticket. Only sell them the single day ticket to the park and have them purchase the “Add-On Ticket” at the park. As always, we do NOT sell the Frequent Fear or Express passes.

HOWL-O-SCREAM AT BUSCH
Howl-O-Scream starts 9/26 and runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights through 11/1. Gate price is $89 + tax, but we are offering our tickets at $65 + tax. If your guest mentions that they saw them online for $45, $50, or $55, we CAN honor those prices! You can verify the prices at seaworldparks.com/howloscream-tampa. Use the pencil and edit the price down to that rate. The advantage of buying the tickets from us is that even though the event starts at 7:30, our tickets allow admission at 5 pm to enjoy select rides in Egypt, Congo and Pantopoia! Sell these tickets! The commission is high!

MNSSHP TICKET UPDATE
The remaining dates we can sell are 9/26 and 9/28. We have a VERY limited amount of Adult tickets left. The runners will be carrying an updated sheet telling them where the remaining tickets are located. If you don’t have enough tickets for a sale, call the runner or a manager.

VICTORY CASINO CRUISE GOING TO DRY DOCK
Victory will be down for dry dock from 9/29-10/10. Please DO NOT sell tickets for Victory Casino Cruise during this time.

SEA WORLD’S HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR
Weekends in October, starting 10/4, Sea World will be doing their annual Spooktacular event through 10/26. This is included in ANY DAY admissions and runs from 12pm – 8pm. Remember, this is a WEEKEND event, so the guest MUST have the “ANY DAY” tickets at $75 + tax or any COMBO ticket to enjoy the free candy, shows and events. The $50 weekday tickets WILL NOT BE VALID for these events.

4 PARK BUNDLE – MUST BE COMBO
We still have a couple of people who are not printing the correct tickets and are losing money. Again, the 4 Park Bundle is an AGS created package that gives ONE VISIT PER PARK. This means you should print a 2 Day Base Universal ticket and the new SW/AQ Combo ticket that gives ONE admission for each of these parks and is good for use for 1 year. The 5 Park and 6 Parks will get the Length of Stay tickets for SW/AQ or SW/AQ/BG and the 3 Park Unlimited Universal tickets.

DISNEY LITHOGRAPHS
We still have plenty of the Seven Dwarfs lithographs in the office. If you need any, please let a manager know and we will get them to you. These should be offered to anyone that purchases a 3 Day or higher Disney ticket.

DISNEY 4 PARK VALUE TICKET
This ticket can ONLY be sold in timeshare locations or locations that house timeshare owners, NOT hotels. Sorry!

SELL AQUATICA TICKETS!
Aquatica is now our HIGHEST profit Water Park! Not only is it beautiful with great kid’s areas and nice white sandy beaches, but you make the most money on it! If I was you, if you have a guest asking for a good water park, this is the FIRST one I would suggest! We only have a few more days left for the Aquatica incentive! The NEXT Sea World incentive will be for Howl-O-Scream ticket sales and will run from 9/29 – 10/12!

DUAL OPC/GUEST SERVICES
Thanks to those of you who attended class this week. Those of you who didn’t attend will be scheduled next week. We had 3 sales last week. Great job! You should pre-gift when a guest is in a hurry to get to the parks. Many times they like the offer but say they don’t have the time so offer to pre-gift them!  That way they can get to the parks and go to the resort the next day!

GIFTING CORNER
Diamond has been charged with selling 832 – 7 Day EPA’s from 9/22 – 11/2. If a guest wants a 2 Day PTP, print the EPA! The AGS person who prints the most EPA’s (with a minimum of 20) will receive a $100 cash bonus! All other sales will be put into a drawing to receive another $100 bonus! Be sure to write the OPC’s name on a quote receipt and send it in with your paperwork so they can get credit too!

DOLLAR 60% COMMISSIONS!
For the month of October, we will be offering 60% commissions on all Dollar Rental Car bookings made online only. The leads will be training each of you.

RED COACH FOR TRIPS TO MIAMI
All leads have now been trained on booking Red Coach shuttles. If you have a guest interested, call a lead or a manager if needed. These buses leave from a terminal on McCoy Road, so the guest will need to get a taxi to that location.

This weekend through November 1st marks the 24th year of HHN, and we are selling tickets. Here are a few key things to keep in mind: Our sales should be focused on NON-FLORIDA Residents. If you have FL residents at your desk, there are numerous options for them to buy them online and get deep discounts – lower than our cost on the tickets. So always ask “Are you a FL Resident?” before selling the tickets. The Combo tickets offer the best value and commissions. Be sure to ask the guest if they will also be visiting the parks. We offer the 2 Day Park-to-Park w/HHN and the 3 Day PTP w/HHN. These tickets offer 2 or 3 Days to the parks PLUS ONE NON-SATURDAY admission to HHN during the 14 day period the tickets are valid. These tickets are a great deal because they offer $70 off the gate price. If the guest wants to go to Universal during ONE day and stay in the park for HHN on the SAME night, DO NOT sell them the HHN ticket. Only sell them the single day ticket to the park and have them purchase the “Add-On Ticket” at the park. We cannot match these prices. As always, we do NOT sell the Frequent Fear or Express passes. If you are able to assist the guest in booking an Express Pass, you can, but we do not collect the money. Like Disney FL Resident passes you have to get the credit card number and input it and Universal charges it.

MULTI-DAY PTP w/WET ‘N WILD
Remember, if you have a guest wanting a Multi-day Universal w/ WW you always print a 3 Park Unlimited ticket. Our cost is LOWER on that ticket. You should enter the ticket in the POS as a 3 Park Unlimited and using the pencil, adjust the price down to match the price of the 2 or 3 Day PTP w/Wet ‘n Wild.

DUAL OPC/GUEST SERVICES
While it’s slower, use this time to pitch every guest. You can spend more time talking to them and being more thorough with qualifying. Keep up the good work!

GIFTING CORNER
The 4 Park Timeshare Owner’s ticket is now activated in Connect only. It is NOT available by swiping shells through DTC. It is listed in General Admissions under “Timeshare Promotions”. It can be sold at all gifting locations, as well as any other hotels or resorts that house timeshare owners. Just to clarify, this ticket is a 4 PARK ticket, meaning the guest has to go to ALL 4 PARKS and cannot repeat any park. They have 14 days to use all 4 parks. They CAN be readmitted to the same park in the same day. They can also go to more than 1 park in the same day, but that eliminates that park from usage. In other words, if they go to Magic Kingdom and Epcot in the same day, they will only have Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom left on the ticket. The ticket DOES NOT include any additional options (like a Water Park) and CANNOT be changed or upgraded in any way (like adding additional days, or hopping). If the guest wants the option available to upgrade the ticket, you will need to sell and print the Magic Your Way ticket as usual. These tickets also have Fast Pass capability. The guest would use the Will Call Reservation number to register. Call a lead or a manager if you have questions. Also, with HHN and the early closures, the EPA tickets now offer admission at 7 am!

SEA WORLD TICKET CHANGES
Effective immediately, Sea World has changed their pricing structure. The Monday – Friday ticket is now $5 more, and the “Any Day” ticket is now $10 less. Also, they are offering specials on combos – $109 for SW/BG/AQ, $99 for SW/BG and $89 for SW/AQ. These tickets are good for ONE year from issue, but ONLY ALLOW 1 ADMISSION PER PARK. So if a guest wants unlimited use for 14 days, you will still need to sell the Length of Stay passes.

BUNDLES / FLEX TICKETS
With the 4 Park Bundle it gives the guest 1 park per day, so you will now print a 2 Day Base Universal and a SW/AQ Combo ticket, NOT the Length of Stay. All other FlexTickets will get Length of Stay tickets.

HOWL-O-SCREAM AT BUSCH GARDENS
Howl-O-Scream starts 9/26 and runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights through 11/1. Pricing varies (depending on the night of the visit) at either $45, $50, $55 or $65. Although we have them listed in the POS at $65 for the peak nights, if you sell any of the other nights, use the pencil and edit the price down to the going rate. Look up the rates on the Howl-O-Scream homepage. The commission on these tickets is VERY high!

CIRQUE DISCOUNTS CONTINUING
Disney has announced that Cirque will be continuing their current discounts through December 19th.

PROOF OF INSURANCE PAYMENTS
Guys, please make sure you send in your proof of medical insurance payments every month AS SOON AS YOU MAKE the payment so we’re not trying to chase them down each month. That way we can pay your reimbursements in a timely manner.

DOLLAR 60% COMMISSIONS!
