The ‘Conv 2Day Base + 1’ should not ever be replaced for the ‘TS 2Day Base+1’. The ‘Conv 2Day Base+1’ is only allowed to be sold to customers that are in town for business. We are in PEAK season until July 23rd. Remember that the Disney 4 Park Magic ticket MUST be used for ONE VISIT each to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Absolutely NO REPEATING of any of the parks. Continue to let guests know fast passes might not be available for Pandora’s attractions. June 5th started off Epcot’s Sounds Like Summer Concert Series. Disney has been kind enough to give each of our employees (2) After 4 PM tickets to the Magic Kingdom!  You should use this as an opportunity to see the new “Happily Ever After” Nighttime fireworks spectacular.  In order to experience this new spectacular, tickets have been set up for you (and a guest) and are available for pick up at the Transportation and Ticket Center at the Magic Kingdom Park
– Tickets are valid for AFTER 4 PM admission any one day from June 12 – June 29, and July 5 – July 31, 2017.  (Blocked out from 6/30 – 7/4).
– To redeem your ticket, GET YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM YOUR TEAM LEAD OR MANAGER FIRST.  Take that along with a Photo ID to any ticket window at the Transportation and Ticket Center
– As a reminder, the name on your Photo ID must match the name in When to Work
– Parking is complimentary with your Hospitality Days Pass
– Guests arriving separately will not receive complimentary parking
– BE SURE TO SNAP A SELFIE WHILE YOU EXPERIENCE “HAPPILY EVER AFTER” AND SHOW IT TO THE DISNEY CSC ON THEIR NEXT VISIT AND WIN A PRIZE!
We will not be honoring any day off requests for this event.  You will need to choose a night when you are already scheduled off.  Have fun!

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS

Remember we are in Anytime season for Universal. If a guest wants to buy a ticket from us that includes Volcano Bay, they MUST buy a 3 Park ticket. 2 Park Tickets CANNOT be used for Volcano Bay. We will only be activating a limited number of tickets – 2, 3, and 4 Day tickets. If your guests wants a 5 Day, please call a manager and we will activate it for you. All guests going to Volcano Bay should be advised to get there before park opening. If the park closes to capacity we will not honor refunds if the guest couldn’t get in. Do not forget to mention Blue Man Group when selling Universal.

Did you know that the Universal Ticket Wizard site has a FILTER option? This is a great way to make sure you are selling the correct ticket. Try using it next time you sell Universal tickets!
Occasionally, Volcano Bay limits attendance inside the park so that guests can have the experience created for them. They are working with some guests to reschedule their visits and to be as accommodating as possible. SEAWORLD

Hospitality Perks are now open. You must take an assessment first before receiving your print out to get your Seaworld pass. We are able to go 6 times with a guest and FREE PARKING. Kraken has re-opened with it’s virtual reality feature. Guests can still ride Kraken without the VR.

*HOSPITALITY EVENT* Sign up on the hospitality perks website to RSVP for a special preview! You have the opportunity to be one of the first to experience SeaWorld’s all new virtual reality coaster, Kraken Unleashed and SeaWorld’s new bubble spectacular show, POP. Check in for the event is from 5 – 7pm. You will receive your exclusive Kraken Unleashed ride time at check in. At 7:30 pm, please attend a training session on all of our new summer experiences and your exclusive POP showing. After the POP show, two meal vouchers will be given to each Perks member (one for you and one for your guest). Once the sun goes down, the night comes to life at SeaWorld’s all-new Electric Ocean. You will explore exotic worlds of light and music filled with glowing sea creatures, DJ entertainment, and end the night with our new, nightly fireworks show Ignite at 10pm. Just pick your event date; June 19th or June 21st.

The next Orlando City game is Saturday June 17th vs. Montreal Impact. We are not talking up these games enough. The prices are very reasonable and range from $37 to $87. If you have one of the purple Orlando City button down oxfords and you normally wear the regular AGS shirts (not the Premier Team or VIP Team), you are welcome to wear them on Game Days. If your location can fit a “Kaka” standup and it’s allowed, please let us know so we can put one there. Let’s be sure to mention OCSC to every guest this week! The next home game isn’t until July 5th. Anyone that has the company issued Orlando City shirts can wear them the day before the game or game day or both.

EMPLOYEE NOTES:

We really need to concentrate on improving sales on attractions other than Disney and Universal. Every guest should be pitched on Sea World, Legoland and Kennedy Space Center. Also, you need to pitch DINNER SHOWS to every guest. Dinner shows are some of our highest profit tickets. Ask your guests if they have any dinner plans while they’re here and after recommending the hotel/resorts restaurants (these should always be first), go into your pitch for Dinner Shows. Talk about Medieval Times, Pirate’s and Wonderworks Comedy Magic show if they have kids, and Treasure Tavern and Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner show for adults.
