Reminder that REGULAR SEASON for all ONE DAY DISNEY TICKETS ONLY starts SUNDAY, 7/23!!!!! Please be sure to ask ANYONE purchasing One Day Disney tickets what day they will be visiting the park. If it’s SUNDAY or later, be sure to charge for and print the REGULAR season tickets. We have a NEW INCENTIVE for Disney tickets! Running until August 6th, win a prize by earning the most sold in Disney MAGIC YOUR WAY tickets (convention tickets do not count). Winners will be selected out of a hat and there will be a winner from EACH TEAM at AGS! Prizes are as follows:
•(4) Cirque tickets and $100 Disney gift card for a day at Disney Springs
•Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom tour for two at Magic Kingdom
•Choice of Wild Africa Trek or Savor The Savanna at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for two
•Party for Senses for two at Epcot
•Spa certificate at Disney’s Grand Floridian Beach resort

If you did not get a chance to attend the Disney Rise to the Challenge they are having another sales meeting for us in August. It will be at Coronado Springs in K-L with registration between 5-6. From 6-8 there will be entertainment, refreshments, food, fun and surprises! Please message your management with your name as it appears on your drivers license and which date you’d like to attend either AUGUST 7TH OR 8TH. RSVP by July 27th since space is limited.

SEAWORLD

Mako is currently not operating as of today but should be back next week. We will send out a message when it is running again. Please make sure any guests that purchase Sea World tickets are aware of this.

LEGOLAND

LEGOLAND is having a training session on August 22-24, 29-31 from noon to 2:30. Registration deadline is August 11th. RSVP to monica.cardona@legoland.com with the date you are going. Attendees are invited to enjoy the park after the session and will receive complimentary tickets to return for another visit! This training will be held at the LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Attendees MUST RSVP in order to attend. Reservations are limited; you will not be able to change your date once selected. You will receive additional details with confirmation. PLEASE EMAIL RICK TO GET YOUR PARKING PASS.

Our LEGOLAND promotion (water park free) has been extended until September 4th. Push this ticket!! If they do not have transportation, you can schedule them the free shuttle. This ticket should be promoted to families with small children and any LEGO fans. As far as Legoland and the I-Drive 360 attractions, we have DAILY problems with those of you selling and printing BOGO tickets. Many of you are putting the right tickets in POS and printing the wrong ones, or vice versa. If you are unclear on this, PLEASE CALL A LEAD OR MANAGER before making the sale.

All new hires MUST have an insurance enrollment form filled out and signed prior to your 90th day of employment – WHETHER YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE THE INSURANCE OR DECLINE IT.

Victory Casino Cruises will be celebrating their 6th Anniversary on Saturday July 29th. This day the ship is sold out and will not have any open tickets for the public. This includes any hotel or timeshare guests.

Some of you are getting very lax on our dress code.  The managers will be monitoring this and we will begin reprimanding and/or sending people home without pay for anyone not in the proper uniform.  As a reminder, here are the requirements:
PREMIER – Black Suit (or ladies may wear a black knee length skirt) – or black slacks (No spandex or jean material) and black blazer, White Dress Shirt, Black dress shoes or flats (No Tennis Shoes, sandals, flip flops or open toed shoes), Generic Concierge Nametag.  White shirts CANNOT be t-shirts or t-shirt type material.  They must be professional looking white blouses or button down white dress shirts for men.  JACKETS MUST BE WORN WHEN WORKING – NO EXCUSES!
VIP– Black or Navy Suit, White Professional Looking Dress shirt or blouse, VIP Tie or Scarf, black dress shoes, VIP nametag.  JACKETS MUST BE WORN WHEN WORKING – NO EXCUSES!  Same standards as above regarding pants and shoes.
GIFTING TEAM – AGS Oxford shirt, black or khaki slacks, AGS Nametag, dress shoes.  Same standards as above regarding pants and shoes.
ACTIVITY LINK TEAM – Same standards as Gifting Team, but attraction polos may be worn on SUNDAYS ONLY.
Attraction polos are NOT to be worn on any other day but Sundays, and ONLY by the people on Ana Maria’s Activity Link Teams at these locations:  Baymont, Best Western I-Drive, Best Western Saratoga, Champions World Resort, Comfort Inn Mango’s, Encantada, Radisson Celebration, Residence Inn, Royal Parc, Seralago, and Staybridge.
Orlando City Oxfords may be worn by the Gifting and Activity Link Teams ONLY and only on game days or the day before games.
