Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party: With
our tickets the guest can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4 pm at the
specially designated turnstile. This is a good selling point for these
tickets. Unlimited trick or treating, special merchandise on sale that you can only get at the event, special fireworks, Halloween parade, special character meet and greets and plenty more!
We are in VALUE season with Friday-Sundays in September being Regular. September 1-4 is Regular. ASK YOUR GUESTS WHAT DAY THEY ARE GOING FOR ANY 1 DAY SALES. For the Disney Water Park sales, we are in Seasonal pricing with the block out dates.
Epcot’s Food and Wine festival has officially started! Show your guests the promotional sheet Disney reps dropped off to hotels this week. It shows the concert line up and talks about some of the offerings at the event.
SEAWORLD & LEGOLAND
We have a hospitality event coming up for Aquatica! September 14-16, you and up to 3 guests can go free to Aquatica. Please RSVP on the hospitality perks website by September 10th. You will have to check in at a table in front of the park between the hours of 10am-1pm.
Legoland will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting September 12. Brick or Treat starts October 14th on weekends only. Please keep in mind that the water park will be closed weekdays starting September 5th. The maps we have are wrong for October–water park will be open on weekends only from 11-5.

September is Magical Dining month! Many restaurants in Orlando offer a set price (usually $30-$35 per person) for those who want to enjoy a special menu. Talk of the Town is participating with Johnnys and Charley’s having 3 course meals for $30 per person. Talk to your guests since this is a limited time offer and book them through open table. Don’t forget to give your coupons!
EMPLOYEE NOTES:
It is the responsibility of EACH OF YOU to check your supplies at the beginning and end of your shift. It’s not fair for someone to come on to a shift with no Disney Shells, or Visa cards. These are the items that you should check for daily: Disney Shells (check to make sure you have both ADULTS and CHILDREN), Visa Cards, Toner, printer paper, credit card rolls, and POS rolls. Everyone should have a Connect (Cirque) and Blue Man Group login and you should be booking them yourself. You should not be calling the office, a lead or a manger. If you do not have one, please contact your team manager to give it to you.
