Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party starts Friday, 8/25. Remember, with
our tickets the guest can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4 pm at the
specially designated turnstile. This is a good selling point for these
tickets.
We are currently in REGULAR season for one day tickets. Disney VALUE season starts Sunday, 8/20 and continues through 8/31. Be sure to ask anyone purchasing any ONE DAY DISNEY TICKETS what day they will be visiting the park. If it’s before Sunday, charge for and print the
REGULAR season ticket. Sunday and later, charge for and print the VALUE
season ticket. “4 PARK MAGIC TICKET” HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH AUGUST 23RD – Originally this ticket was slated to stop on July 30th, but it has now been extended to sell through August 23rd. As usual, all 4 Days must be used within 14 days of the first date of use. However, if the guest purchases it and doesn’t start using it, they must have all days used by September 30th. ONLY THE 1 DAY HOPPER, 2 DAY BASE AND 2 DAY HOPPER GET THE WATER PARK FREE AFTER 2.
UNIVERSAL
Please make sure you use the filter on the left hand side of the Ticket Store in Universal’s Instant Ticket Wizard when printing Universal tickets. This will dramatically reduce the mistakes that are being made. Remember we are in VALUE season.
Have you been telling guests about Blue Man Group and Volcano Bay to boost your commission? This is an easy way for your guests to get the most of their Universal experience. Universal is offering a new “Promo” ticket. If anyone purchases a 3 Park Universal Ticket for 2, 3, or 4 Days, you will now print the 4 Day Promo Tickets at the bottom of the page in Universal Instant Ticket Wizard. This is a temporary special that will be continuing through November 30th. The only time you will print a regular 3 Park ticket is for a 5 Day ticket, or if you are in gifting, the 3 Park 7 Day Gifting ticket.
LEGOLAND
Please make sure to RSVP for the LEGOLAND training. Please talk to a manager if you have any questions. Our LEGOLAND promotion (water park free) has been extended until September 4th. Push this ticket!! If they do not have transportation, you can schedule them the free shuttle. This ticket should be promoted to families with small children and any LEGO fans. As far as Legoland and the I-Drive 360 attractions, we have DAILY problems with those of you selling and printing BOGO tickets. Many of you are putting the right tickets in POS and printing the wrong ones, or vice versa. If you are unclear on this, PLEASE CALL A LEAD OR MANAGER before making the sale.

Every time you sell Orlando City SC tickets for any of the August games (19th & 26th), you’re name will be entered to participate in a raffle. The more you sell, the higher your chances to win any of the following items:

EMPLOYEE NOTES:
It is the responsibility of EACH OF YOU to check your supplies at the beginning and end of your shift. It’s not fair for someone to come on to a shift with no Disney Shells, or Visa cards. These are the items that you should check for daily: Disney Shells (check to make sure you have both ADULTS and CHILDREN), Visa Cards, Toner, printer paper, credit card rolls, and POS rolls. Everyone should have a Connect (Cirque) and Blue Man Group login and you should be booking them yourself. You should not be calling the office, a lead or a manger. If you do not have one, please contact your team manager to give it to you.
Anyone approaching 90 days with the company must have their Health Insurance Enrollment forms turned into the office whether you elect to take the insurance or not. Never lose a sale because of discounts. Even though you don’t want to offer it up front, if a guest says they saw a lower price online, then MATCH IT as long as it’s on the attractions direct website. Use the Online Reference price sheet on the AGS Homepage on the left to match online prices. NEVER LOSE A SALE!
