WALT DISNEY WORLD

We have a lot of Halloween parties this next week with parties on the 22nd, 24th, 26th and 29th! With our tickets the guest can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4 pm at the
specially designated turnstile. Unlimited trick or treating, special merchandise on sale that you can only get at the event, special fireworks, Halloween parade, special character meet and greets and plenty more! From Aug 28-Oct 8, your goal is to sell at least (10) Mickey’s Not So Scary tickets per pay period! For every 10 tickets sold within a pay period, in addition to your regular commission, you will receive a $20 bonus. If you sell 20 tickets within a pay period then you will receive a $40 bonus. If you sell 30 ticket in a pay period you will receive a $60 bonus. IF YOUR GUESTS ARE GOING ON A PARTY DAY BUT NOT GOING TO THE HALLOWEEN PARTY, TELL THEM THE PARK CLOSES EARLY FOR PARTY GUESTS.

Our 2 day ticket with free water park after 2 ends on 9/30. We are in VALUE season with Friday-Sundays in September being Regular. ASK YOUR GUESTS WHAT DAY THEY ARE GOING FOR ANY 1 DAY SALES. For the Disney Water Park sales, we are in Seasonal pricing with the block out dates. Keep in mind that October does have some Peak days as well.

We are running an incentive with Cirque from 9/1 – 9/30. The person with the most Cirque revenue will receive 2 complimentary tickets to La Nouba along with a $100 Disney Springs Gift Card so you can enjoy a meal prior to seeing the show! Also, if you have never seen the show, Cirque is offering FREE tickets for you and a guest to see it in September. Just e-mail sales@allguest.com and let us know that you’ve never seen it and we will get you 2 tickets to one of the shows. Let’s sell away and make sure you always recommend Cirque whenever anyone asks about Disney Springs!

SEAWORLD & LEGOLAND

SeaWorld has started Halloween Spooktacular on the weekends which is INCLUDED in regular admission. This is great for families with smaller children. This is also one of the cheaper seasons for Discovery Cove so this should be your first mention to guests on tickets.

Legoland will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting September 12. Brick or Treat starts October 14th on weekends only. Please keep in mind that the water park will be closed weekdays starting September 5th. The maps we have are wrong for October–water park will be open on weekends only from 11-5.

UNIVERSAL

HHN- We will be selling ONLY the Sunday – Friday FLEXTICKET. This allows the guest to choose ANY date for any night that they have the event that is between Sunday and Friday. Obviously they do NOT have the event every night every week, so you need to check the calendar. They NEVER have events on Mondays or Tuesdays. Always check the calendar. We will NOT BE SELLING ANY SATURDAY NIGHTS. If a guest wants a Saturday night, tell them that is the most crowded night and the lines will be extremely long. But if they insist, they will need to buy them online or at the gate. We will have 2 prices in the POS systems: Advance Purchase – $84 including taxes, and Same Day – $118 including taxes. If you get pushback on the same day, contact your lead or manager for approval on a price match.

We need to boost our sales for Universal. Always start with the highest priced ticket and work your way down. We should not be selling one day base tickets. Talk up the fact that it is SLOW SEASON and rides won’t have long waits so there is no reason to not get a park to park ticket. Volcano Bay is also not as busy as it was in the summer so the 3 park ticket is their best option. Don’t forget to mention Blue Man Group if they are not interested in HHN and they are going on a day of the event.
