NOT SO SCARY PARTY ON 9/10 CANCELLED. With our tickets the guest can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4 pm at the
specially designated turnstile. This is a good selling point for these tickets. Unlimited trick or treating, special merchandise on sale that you can only get at the event, special fireworks, Halloween parade, special character meet and greets and plenty more! From Aug 28-Oct 8, your goal is to sell at least (10) Mickey’s Not So Scary tickets per pay period!For every 10 tickets sold within a pay period, in addition to your regular commission, you will receive a $20 bonus. If you sell 20 tickets within a pay period then you will receive a $40 bonus.  If you sell 30 ticket in a pay period you will receive a $60 bonus.

We are in VALUE season with Friday-Sundays in September being Regular. September 8-10 is Regular. ASK YOUR GUESTS WHAT DAY THEY ARE GOING FOR ANY 1 DAY SALES. For the Disney Water Park sales, we are in Seasonal pricing with the block out dates.

We are running an incentive with Cirque from 9/1 – 9/30.  The person with the most Cirque revenue will receive 2 complimentary tickets to La Nouba along with a $100 Disney Springs Gift Card so you can enjoy a meal prior to seeing the show!  Also, if you have never seen the show, Cirque is offering FREE tickets for you and a guest to see it in September.  Just e-mail sales@allguest.com and let us know that you’ve never seen it and we will get you 2 tickets to one of the shows.  Let’s sell away and make sure you always recommend Cirque whenever anyone asks about Disney Springs!

SEAWORLD & LEGOLAND

CONGRATS to Mike Brooks who won the Discovery Cove incentive! He will be getting two day resort packages. Our runners up were Amanda Ortiz, Michael Gatcha and Henry Rojas.

To ensure the safety of our Ambassadors, guests and animals, our Orlando parks will experience closures during Hurricane Irma.

Legoland will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting September 12. Brick or Treat starts October 14th on weekends only. Please keep in mind that the water park will be closed weekdays starting September 5th. The maps we have are wrong for October–water park will be open on weekends only from 11-5.

UNIVERSAL

Out of concern for the safety of our guests and our team members, Universal Orlando Resort ™ has made the following operational changes due to Hurricane Irma:
• Our destination will close at 7pm on Saturday, September 9. We will be fully closed on Sunday and Monday. We anticipate normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 12.
• Our on-site hotels will remain operational and focused on taking care of our on-site guests.
• We will hold our Rock the Universe event at Universal Studios Florida tonight, Friday September 8 and will welcome Saturday ticket-holders tonight as well. The event will be cancelled on Saturday night and Sunday morning.

September is Magical Dining month! Many restaurants in Orlando offer a set price (usually $30-$35 per person) for those who want to enjoy a special menu. Talk of the Town is participating with Johnnys and Charley’s having 3 course meals for $30 per person. Talk to your guests since this is a limited time offer and book them through open table. Don’t forget to give your coupons!

EMPLOYEE NOTES:

Kennedy Space Center will be closed until Tuesday Sept. 12. As of now, the weather forecasts are expecting us to start feeling the effects of Hurricane Irma late Sunday and into Monday. We are closing Saturday at 3 pm into Monday. Please make sure your guests are aware that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS ON USED TICKETS.  So if they buy a multi-day ticket and start using it now and can’t use it late in the week, we CANNOT refund any unused portions.  However, if they don’t use their tickets, we can refund them, but we would have to charge a 15% restocking fee to recoup the fees we incur with the sale.  Please make sure you are telling EVERY Guest that you sell tickets to about this policy.  We will be putting a sign in Drop Box for you to print out and post at your locations.  Thank you!

Medieval Times has cancelled all shows starting tomorrow (Saturday) through Monday.  They will resume shows Tuesday night.

TOTT Restaurant Group has announced that all of their restaurants will be closed Sunday and Monday.

When selling Sleuth’s, remember that guests can only get the prime rib upgrade if they pay for it at Sleuths. Our voucher does not get them the prime rib option.
