SEAWORLD & LEGOLAND

SeaWorld Halloween Spooktacular is ending this weekend so be sure to talk this up to families with small children.

Orlando Eye until 11/4: Nightly at 8 pm, and additionally at 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, experience Spooky Nights. Over 64,000 LED lights will bring the tallest observation wheel on the United States East Coast to life in a kaleidoscopic ten-minute show syncronized to an iconic Halloween soundtrack.

Legoland is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Brick or Treat ends this weekend besides Halloween’s event. This event will have fireworks with the exception of Halloween night’s event. Special characters and trick or treating plus all of the rides and attractions at Legoland are sure to keep your guests happy and busy during their day at the park. Just like Seaworld’s Halloween Spooktacular, this event is INCLUDED with regular admission. If your guests do not have transportation, please let them know about the FREE SHUTTLE leaving from the Orlando Eye that is convenient for them! Please keep in mind that the water park is closed weekdays.

UNIVERSAL

Keep in mind Universal has ANYTIME prices on Friday-Sunday. HHN- Last day for event is 11/4. We will be selling ONLY the Sunday – Friday FLEXTICKET. Always check the calendar. If a guest wants a Saturday night, tell them that is the most crowded night and the lines will be extremely long. We will have 2 prices in the POS systems: Advance Purchase – $84 including taxes, and Same Day – $118 including taxes. If you get pushback on the same day, contact your lead or manager for approval on a price match. Starting November 18th, Universal will kick into holiday mode with Grinchmas, Macy’s parade and for the first time ever Hogwarts castle will be decked out in it’s holiday lights. This event is included in regular park admission so be sure to recommend park to park tickets so your guests can experience all of the holiday offerings.

SeaWorld has started Halloween Spooktacular on the weekends which is INCLUDED in regularBrick or Treat at Legoland Florida admission. The ORLANDO EYE is celebrating Halloween with Halloween décor in select capsules as well as the free Coke capsules. If guests are looking for something to do after their day in SeaWorld, this is a great add-on! Madam Tussand’s Wax Museum has also added a little Halloween by making their Tom Hanks figure into David. S. Pumpkins character as seen on SNL, so young adults would enjoy this as well.

Some of you are not printing tickets correctly out of the Legoland Gifting (Touring) store.  Only MATCHING tickets should be printed out of this store.  In other words, if you are selling 2 Adult Legolands and giving 2 Free, you can use only this store.  Any ADDITIONAL tickets must be printed out of the Guest Services (Non-Touring) store.  So if you have 2 Adults and 3 Children, you must print the 2 Adults and 2 Children in the Touring store, log out, log in to the Guest Services store (Non-Touring) and print the additional child ticket.  If you print any additional Children or Seniors out of the Gifting store, the cost is $10 higher and you will be charged this difference.  Please contact your Team Lead or manager if you have questions.

Park hoppers are honestly the best option for your guests, especially if they can only go to the parks for 1-3 days. Epcot has Food and Wine, which includes FREE concerts every night. Hollywood Studios is perfect for any young ones (Disney Jr, Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Muppets, Indiana Jones!) and Star Wars fans can’t miss the fireworks at the end of the night. Animal Kingdom has Pandora which is only a few months old and has the BEST food, plus the best show on property (Festival of the Lion King). And of course Magic Kingdom, which on NON-PARTY DAYS has Happily Ever After, the newest fireworks show at Disney!

We need to boost our sales for Universal. Always start with the highest priced ticket and work your way down. We should not be selling one day base tickets. Talk up the fact that it is SLOW SEASON and rides won’t have long waits so there is no reason to not get a park to park ticket. Volcano Bay is also not as busy as it was in the summer so the 3 park ticket is their best option. Don’t forget to mention Blue Man Group if they are not interested in HHN and they are going on a day of the event.
