Disney is now offering their special HALF DAY TICKET meaning after 12:00pm starting August 15, 2019. It is valid for any 2, 3 or 4 days. We will only be selling the BASE TICKETS as of the moment. We can recommend this ticket to guests who are looking to save money or if they are going to the park after 11 am. Ticket is not valid for admission to morning Extra Magic Hours. Disney FastPass+ selections before 12:00 PM will not be valid with this ticket. Tickets will be available in Al Desk starting August 15. The Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus will be added later on in the month.

      We still have the Disney 2- and 3-days Free Park Hopper and Hopper Plus last day to sell will be August 24th. SELL SELL SELL. Guest cannot get this offer online or at the gate.  THIS SPECIAL FREE HOPPER TICKETS ARE NOT UPGRADABLE AT ALL. 

No additional days or features can be added.  TIMESHARE TICKETS ARE NOT UPGRADABLE AT ALL.  Once they use their tickets, no additional days or features can be added to the tickets.  CONVENTION TICKETS ARE UPGRADABLE.  Additional days or features CAN be added if there is a day remaining on the ticket.

MICKEY’S NOT SO SCARY HALLOWEEN PARTY (MNSSHP)

Friday August 16, beings the first night of MNSSHP.  With our tickets the guest can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4 pm at the specially designated turnstile.

 Remember to check your Magic Kingdom hours because if there is a MNSSHP event, the park opens 1 hour earlier, BUT CLOSES AT 6 PM! 

Universal is now offering a new ticket where guest can purchase a 2 park ticket and get the 3 park for free. They can use this ticket at any park including Volcano Bay. Tickets will be available starting August 15, 2019. BLOCKOUT DATES December 26 through and including December 31, 2019 will apply to this ticket. This ticket will be available to sell in Al Desk starting August 15, 2019 and December 2, 2019. However, these tickets will expire on May 22nd 2020, regardless if has been used in full or partial.

Universal Halloween Horror Nights 2019 begins September 6 to November 2.They will be 10 ALL NEW HAUNTED HOUSES and 5 SINISTER SCARE ZONES. We will be selling Tickets in Tiers and at a discounted rate.

SeaWorld Electric Ocean

When the sun goes down, the night comes to life at SeaWorld’s Electric Ocean spectacular.

Explore exotic worlds of light and music filled with glowing sea creatures, DJ entertainment, and a spectacular display of fireworks.

Join us on select electrifying nights from May 24 through September 1 which is included in theme park tickets.

Employee Note

Team we need everyone to check their Universal Report. We are having too many issues with duplicates tickets and issuing the incorrect SEASON. Make sure to match TW reports with Al Desk reports.

We need everyone to make sure they are issuing the correct DATE BASED DISNEY TICKETS. We all should be using a Sharpie to write on ALL of Disney tickets.

Location supplies MVP and VIP we all should be stocked up on supplies. NO EXCEPTION. We should not be running out of supplies. Everyone needs to make a list at the beginning of their shift and have it ready for the runner. If your locations do not have a runner, notify your Leads with a list of all supplies needed.

SeaWorld is also offering the BOGO Flash sale. Guest can purchase 1-day ticket and get the second for half off. This sale is only until August 21, 2019, but as usually we should be selling this ticket if guests mention the online prices.

Pirate ‘Cirque by Night’ for the entire month of August.

You get 1 complimentary ticket and additions guests are $15+gratuity+tax and handling.

Current Cirque by Night Show Times:

7:30pm: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 5:00pm and 8:00pm: Saturday

When you call for reservations please mention that you are with “AGS” and bring a nametag with you when checking in.

Funspot Raffle

For the entire month of August, you have a chance to be enter into our Funspot raffle contest.

$50 BONUS. For every paid ticket sold, your name will be entered into a drawing for a $50 bonus.

We will have a total of 9 drawings; Mon-Wed sales will be drawn on Thursday and Thur-Sun will be drawn on Monday.

Manager Vacation
