Make sure that your desks are clean and organize so it’s easier for you to make $$$.Toss all old outdated brochures that we are no longer using. If you ran low on supplies reach out to your Leads so we can get you stocked up on supplies.

Advance Purchase Sales (APS Stickers) MUST be done 7 days advance of arrival and needs to be filled out completely with guest NAME, PHONE # and EMAIL ADDRESS. All order needs to be send into the office and manager will re-deliver them back to the hotel 5-7 days before arrival of the guest. Manager will log when it gets drop off and which concierge accepts it.
