Keep in mind we are in REGULAR season. Some of you have been getting questions about the 4-Park Magic Ticket for Disney. Yes, it IS returning and yes we WILL be selling it. Although it can be printed and sold now, it CANNOT be USED yet. The valid dates for it to be used are April 30 – September 30, 2017 so as we get closer to April 30th, we will activate it in all POS systems. Remember, the key thing about this ticket is that IT IS ONLY VALID FOR ONE DAY OF EACH OF THE MAJOR DISNEY PARKS – Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. There is NO repeating of any parks and there is NO PARK HOPPING WITH THIS TICKET. Please call a lead or manager if you have any questions. Flower and Garden over at Epcot is going on until May 29. When selling Disney tickets, always mention the fun visits with park hopper option and Cirque!
We have been told that the problems with Disney Fast Passes is related to Disney Shells (DTI) that were created in 2013 or earlier. If you have any of these shells, please order more and replace them for ones that are created in 2014 or later.
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS
Keep in mind that Universal is in VALUE season. Everyone you sell Universal tickets to should know about park to park, the promo offer and Blue Man Group! Also, the 2 Park – 1 Day In Market Promo tickets are not in order, so look very carefully, and be sure to READ YOUR TICKETS OUT LOUD to the guest as you pass them over to make sure they are getting the correct ones. EMPLOYEE NOTES:
We have received 17 $100 counterfeit bills and obviously that makes the company lose $1700. It is your responsibility to check all bills with the counterfeit pens and check for the quality of the bill. If your location does not have a counterfeit pen, please ask the runner for one. If the marker turns black, do not accept the bill. If the paper quality is different, do not accept the bill. You can hold the bill up to the light and see a watermark of Ben Franklin on the right. You can also see an in bedded strip that say “US100” on the left. If you accept counterfeit bills without following these procedures, we will have no choice but to charge you back for the loss.
