Reminder that REGULAR SEASON for all ONE DAY DISNEY TICKETS ONLY starts SUNDAY, 7/23!!!!! Please be sure to ask ANYONE purchasing One Day Disney tickets what day they will be visiting the park. If it’s SUNDAY or later, be sure to charge for and print the REGULAR season tickets. We have a NEW INCENTIVE for Disney tickets! Running until August 6th, win a prize by earning the most sold in Disney MAGIC YOUR WAY tickets (convention tickets do not count). If you did not get a chance to attend the Disney Rise to the Challenge they are having another sales meeting for us in August. It will be at Coronado Springs in K-L with registration between 5-6. From 6-8 there will be entertainment, refreshments, food, fun and surprises! Please message your management with your name as it appears on your drivers license and which date you’d like to attend either AUGUST 7TH OR 8TH. RSVP by July 27th since space is limited.
TREE TREK
Tree Trek is the premier location for Zip Lines and Obstacle courses. There is a giant Zip Line, 4 different obstacle courses, rope bridges and Tarzan swings. Here are important reminders about TREE TREK:

-Reservations are required and can be made at 407-390-9999
-Non-Refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of reservation
-Adults 12 and up are $49.95 + tax ($54 Inclusive) and Juniors 9 – 11 are $39.95 + tax ($42 Inclusive). The commission is $3.81 for Adults $2.95 for Juniors. Please make sure that when you call in reservations that you let them know you work for All Guest Services and your guest has a pre-paid voucher. Also, PLEASE GO TO THEIR WEBSITES AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THESE PRODUCTS. Sell away!
LEGOLAND
LEGOLAND is having a training session on August 22-24, 29-31 from noon to 2:30. Registration deadline is August 11th. RSVP to monica.cardona@legoland.com with the date you are going. Attendees are invited to enjoy the park after the session and will receive complimentary tickets to return for another visit! This training will be held at the LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Attendees MUST RSVP in order to attend. Reservations are limited; you will not be able to change your date once selected. You will receive additional details with confirmation. PLEASE EMAIL RICK TO GET YOUR PARKING PASS.
Our LEGOLAND promotion (water park free) has been extended until September 4th. Push this ticket!! If they do not have transportation, you can schedule them the free shuttle. This ticket should be promoted to families with small children and any LEGO fans. As far as Legoland and the I-Drive 360 attractions, we have DAILY problems with those of you selling and printing BOGO tickets. Many of you are putting the right tickets in POS and printing the wrong ones, or vice versa. If you are unclear on this, PLEASE CALL A LEAD OR MANAGER before making the sale.

EMPLOYEE NOTES:
Victory Casino Cruises will be celebrating their 6th Anniversary on Saturday July 29th. This day the ship is sold out and will not have any open tickets for the public. This includes any hotel or timeshare guests.
In all POS systems, the guest’s name MUST be entered – minimally the last name. You CANNOT enter all initials. Please match up all sales in the POS with you End of Day reports – especially with Visa Gift Cards, Universal and Legoland. If they don’t match, run a “Detail Report” and return the 1st set of any duplicates.
ActivityLink Users: I am not sure if you noticed the new CYA 1 Visit+Meal. This is going to replace the SW Pair w/Free Meal. It will have the same entitlement but it can be used as a SeaWorld with Meal or Busch Gardens with Meal. Another advantage is that instead of the customer stopping at the kiosk prior to entering they will be able to go directly to the restaurant to redeem the meal once they have entered the park.
